The MTV Video Music Awards are taking place this Sunday, Aug. 30. While their main show is already packed with a star-studded lineup of performers including Lady Gaga, Ariana Grande, and Miley Cyrus, their 90-minute long pre-show will also deliver with some of the biggest names in music today.
Chloe x Halle, Jack Harlow, Lewis Capaldi, Tate McRae, and Machine Gun Kelly featuring Travis Barker and Blackbear will all perform in the broadcast leading into the main show starting at 6:30 pm EST.
MTV has also unveiled two more categories: Best Group and Song of the Summer. The latter includes nominations for artists originally snubbed such as Dua Lipa for ‘Break My Heart’ and Harry Styles for ‘Watermelon Sugar.’
