Remixes are becoming the new trend. After her uber successful rise to number one in the charts with the Nicki Minaj-assisted remix of ‘Say So,’ Doja Cat is the one now jumping on the remix of ‘In Your Eyes’ by The Weeknd.
The song is the latest single from The Weeknd’s latest album After Hours. This remix isn’t as innovative as it could be. The dreamy pop sound with recurring beats and the jazzy, 90’s inspired sprinkle on top continue as is. However, this time, Doja Cat comes in with a rather unusual transition which doesn’t last long. She then puts her usual own flowy verse to work.
