Maroon 5 appeared on the home edition of Jimmy Fallon’s The Tonight Show on Tuesday night to perform their latest single ‘Memories.’ During the performance, frontman Adam Levine sported a Los Angeles Lakers shirt with the number eight in tribute to the great, late Kobe Bryant.
Bryant passed away on Jan. 26 in a helicopter crash along with his daughter Gianna Bryant and seven others. The heartfelt tributes have been pouring in ever since. He was personally well-known among many artists and celebrities as he resided in Los Angeles, and moved on to do more than just be an iconic basketball player.
‘Memories’ will appear on Maroon 5’s seventh studio album – which still has no name and release date.
