Well, this Hayley Williams debut album rollout is happening faster than expected. After giving us lead single ‘Simmer,’ she has decided to drop in EP form what she calls ‘part one’ of Petals For Armor. It includes five songs, including the aforementioned single as well as a song called ‘Cinnamon.’ The latter also gets a music video which she released today as well.
‘There are a lot of themes covered on the album as a whole and I thought its best to separate some of these themes so that there can be a time for everyone to digest some of the songs before we move along to others,’ Williams said. ‘It’s a way to include people on the journey in the same way that I experienced it.’
