COVID-19 times call for creative times. Panic At The Disco’s Brendon Urie joined Jimmy Fallon and The Roots on the home edition of The Tonight Show to perform Queen and David Bowie’s ‘Under Pressure’ last night. The usual segment involves all of them in the same room using classroom instruments. As that is not possible at the moment, they resorted to using home instruments.
There was everything from a toaster to pots to even wine glasses. That coupled with a few real instruments, the incredible vocal ability from Urie, and Fallon’s not-so-bad own voice resulted in an almost flawless delivery.
It has truly been amazing to watch how these talk shows adapt to doing everything from home – especially Fallon. His regular show was composed of many interactive segments which they have still managed to pull of one way or another from home.
