Quarantine is not stopping NPR from holding their infamous Tiny Desk concerts. Whoever works there deserves a raise for coming up with the idea of sending artists a cut-out of their library-like set. Billie Eilish and Finneas used it as a backdrop, and it looks exactly as if they had actually been at the studio where it takes place.
The video opens with Eilish, on the keyboard, playing her way through her latest single ‘My Future’ – the same song she performed at the Democratic National Convention last week. Finneas assisted by mouthing the lyrics and providing subtle strings. After trading places, they performed their haunting, impeccable 2019 single ‘Everything I Wanted.’
