Eminem Apologizes For Homophobic Slur Against Tyler The Creator

During a three-part interview with Sway, Eminem revealed that he did regret using a homophobic slur to insult Tyler The Creator in his song ‘Fall’ from his latest album Kamikaze.

‘I think the word that I called him on that song was one of the things where I felt like this might be too far,’ Eminem said. ‘Because in my quest to hurt him, I realize that I was hurting a lot of other people by saying it. It was one of the things that I kept going back to and going ‘I don’t feel right with this.”

Not sure if I buy it. If it didn’t feel right, then why did you use it anyway. The entire problem here is that the word (faggot) is not even supposed to be used in a hurtful way. I honestly don’t think he cares at all.

Ya know?
